Pisa
Spent my first 2 days in Italy wandering around Pisa.
I wanted to get a photo of me holding up the tower, but I got shy okay.
I stayed with my friend Bart and his cat Zùzù. For breakfast he sliced up some avocados, drowned them in local olive oil and fresh lemon juice, sprinkled on some sesame seeds and seasoned generously with salt and pepper. Served on crusty grilled bread of course. Avo on toast never tasted better.
For dessert we shared half a jar of Nutella on biscuits to pair with our espressos.

We also went for a ride on his Vespa to a nearby farm.
And to the beach for sunset.
Then I went on my way. Headed for the Tuscan Hills eeek!
